Google Workout Spreadsheet
I have update the Google Document P90X worksheet. It was created as a way for me to track my workouts, and progress. I estimate it has been used by at least 500 people so far. I had a couple of requests for P90X lean, or Doubles versions. Unfortunately the original spreadsheet did not lend itself well to changes. After I finished a round or two of P90X and bought the One on One series, I realized that there no longer was any set workout schedule so I went about making my own. In order to handle this I update the spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet is no longer specific to P90X. It will easily handle P90X,P90X Lean,P90X Plus, One on One, Insanity, Power 90 (2 step), Power 90 (3 step), and Power 90 Master Series, or anything you can dream up. It will allow you to easily mix and match to create a 3 month workout schedule of your own creation. I hope someone else finds this useful. If you find any errors in it, then let me know.
• Here are the steps you will need to take in order to get your own free copy.
1.Go to the web version of Google Docs Workout Spreadsheet
2.Scroll to the bottom, and click “Edit this page”
3.A limited functional web version opens up, select the pulldown menu “File”, down to “Create a copy...”
4.A pop-up opens, and rename it to your liking. I suggest including your name, and date (ie. Tony H. P90X 1/09 - 3/09)
5.Click the “Share” button and invite others who you wish to share your results with. This is a great motivator.
